Privacy Policy
Language Hub is currently a frontend application without accounts or a server-side learner profile. This policy explains what the site stores, what hosting and advertising services may process, and the controls available to you.
Data stored in your browser
The app uses localStorage for answer history, mastery, review dates, scores, streaks, personal records, accessibility preferences, skipped instruction choices and the most recent result. This data remains in the browser profile on the current device.
Data sent elsewhere
Language Hub does not intentionally submit your answers or learning history to a central learner database. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
Export and deletion
Settings can export learning progress as JSON and import a compatible backup. The reset control removes app progress from localStorage. Browser site-data controls can also remove all locally stored settings and progress.
Advertising, cookies and consent
Language Hub may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalise and measure ads, subject to the consent choices presented in regions where consent is required. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings and your browser controls. Learning progress stored locally is not intentionally supplied to Google for ad targeting.
External links and donations
Links to GitHub, Ko-fi and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Language Hub does not control those services. Ko-fi processes any donation or payment on its own platform; Language Hub does not receive your payment-card details.
Children and sensitive data
The app does not ask for a name, email, age, location, health information or payment information. Users should not place sensitive information in exported backup filenames or manually edited backup content.
